Early at work

This morning at 0546, I drove my mother to the train station. After a quick shower and some porridge, I drove straight to work. The parking lot was empty. The clock in the car showed 0745. I should have known, my mother NEVER adjusts the clocks! I went home, back to sleep, and back to work again at 0800. Bother!

Yesterday Alan, the 28th Blackford Scout Master, sent me a DVD from their summer camp. I miss the boys a lot, the video brought back a lot of fond memories. I am looking forward to a weekend without any plans at all, except replacing the tire of Stella and reading my book, The Da Vinci Code
